Salary: £43,000 rising to £45,000 + 5% Approval Bonus + 10% ongoing bonus once approved

What you’ll do:
- Conduct face-to-face and/or virtual assessments of individuals’ daily activities
- Prepare detailed, evidence-based reports for decision-making
- Work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards of service delivery
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, or Paramedic
- Current professional registration (NMC/HCPC)
- Strong communication and analytical skills
