What you'll be doing:
- Carrying out face-to-face and telephone/video functional assessments for people claiming Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
- Reviewing medical evidence and claimant histories to build a clear, accurate clinical picture
- Conducting structured consultations that explore how a person's health condition affects their day-to-day life
- Producing detailed, well-reasoned written reports that inform DWP decision-making
- Applying clinical judgement and critical reasoning within a structured assessment framework
- Working to quality and productivity standards within a supportive, audited environment
- Collaborating with a wider clinical team, including access to peer support, clinical leads, and ongoing case discussion

Who we're looking for:
Registered clinicians — Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Paramedics, or Pharmacists — with at least 2 years' post-registration experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, and sound clinical reasoning.
