The Role
As a Clinical Functional Assessor, you will conduct assessments for individuals applying for health-related benefits. Through a combination of consultations, evidence review, and professional judgement, you will produce detailed, impartial reports that help inform benefit entitlement decisions.
You will be part of a collaborative and supportive team dedicated to delivering a fair, respectful, and person-centred service on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions.

What we're Looking For
- Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD), Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Paramedic with one year's post-registration experience
- Current NMC or HCPC registration with no restrictions
- You have the right to work in the UK without a need for sponsorship, or any restrictions
- Strong assessment, communication, and report-writing skills
- Good IT and typing skills - ability to type at least 32 words per minute
- A compassionate, professional, and objective approach
- A desire to make a positive impact while enjoying a healthier work-life balance
