About the Role
Our client in Croydon is now recruiting full‑time Functional Assessors at entry level, offering a structured and highly supportive route for clinicians looking to transition away from traditional clinical or shift‑based environments.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct functional assessment consultations with claimants
- Review medical evidence and produce clear, structured clinical reports
- Work within established clinical guidelines to ensure fair and objective assessments
- Engage in ongoing CPD throughout a comprehensive 6‑month training programme
- Enjoy stable weekday hours with no nights, no weekends, and no shift work

Who We’re Looking For
We welcome applications from qualified clinicians experienced in adult practice, including:
- Nurses (RGN, RMN, RNLD)
- Physiotherapists
- Occupational Therapists
- Paramedics
You must hold valid NMC or HCPC registration and have a minimum of 12 months’ post‑registration experience.
❗ Please note:
This role is NOT suitable for RSCNs (Registered Sick Children’s Nurses) or Midwives, as it requires adult‑focused clinical assessment experience in line with DWP requirements.
