Full-Time Functional Assessor – Entry Level (Ipswich)

Salary: £41,612 + £1,000 uplift in year one + performance‑related bonus

About the Role

Our client in Ipswich is now recruiting full‑time Functional Assessors at entry level, offering a fully supported transition for clinicians looking to step away from traditional clinical environments.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct functional assessment consultations with claimants
  • Review medical evidence and prepare clear, structured clinical reports
  • Work within clinical guidelines to ensure accurate and fair assessments
  • Participate in ongoing CPD as part of the comprehensive training programme
  • Enjoy predictable daytime hours with no weekend or shift work

Who We’re Looking For

This role is open to qualified and registered clinicians from the following backgrounds:

  • Nurses 
  • Physiotherapists
  • Occupational Therapists

You must hold valid NMC or HCPC registration and have a minimum of 12 months’ post‑registration experience gained in the UK

This role is NOT suitable for RSCNs OR Midwives
