💼 Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum
🕒 Hours: 40 hours per week (including 1 week in 4 covering out-of-hours on-call)

About the Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Service Delivery Manager to join our expanding team at our Gatwick office. This is a pivotal role within our clinical management team, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of clinical service delivery across our contracted services.
You’ll lead and support our in-house and contracted clinicians, ensuring they are responsive, empathetic, and consistently deliver exceptional care. You’ll also play a key role in clinical governance, service development, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the clinical team, providing support, development, and training.
- Ensure compliance with clinical governance frameworks and regulatory standards (CQC, JRCALC, NICE).
- Represent at client meetings and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Oversee clinical operations, site visits, and supervision.
- Drive continuous improvement in patient experience, service quality, and operational efficiency.
- Act as IP&C Lead and contribute to the Clinical Governance Committee.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- HCPC registered Paramedic or NMC registered Nurse
- Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Strong communication and IT skills
- Full UK driving licence and own transport
Desirable:
- Formal management or leadership qualification
- Clinical leadership/management experience
- Multilingual skills
